フォロワー限定、技術的には単純な縛りだけど、本当に届く人を制限したい話題は話題ごとにその相手が違うことが多いし、あとはのちにフォロワーが増えた時にどうするという話もあるし、なんだか微妙で、結局ブースト避けぐらいの軽い運用になってしまってる。
