ローカルタイムラインでは、新しいユーザーには連合性が不十分、ローカルタイムラインは流れが遅い、というところでしょうか。

ってのがあって、嫌がらせを回避する試みであるという話も出ています。私が不見識で、嫌がらせ等の、問題の背景がわかりません。
@noellabo うーん、なんだ、基本的にはインスタンスはゆるく閉じた場であるべき、的な考えなのかねぇ。完璧にオープンにするのはやだから、「この速さなら言える」的なものを実装してみたよ、かな。、
